I’m Daniel, an engineer + applied mathematician with a B.S. from Brown University and M.A. from Yale, where I studied machine learning. For more than eight years, I’ve guided learners across a wide range of ages and stages—from middle school students to mid-career professionals—to excel in classwork, standardized tests, and beyond. I’ve seen struggling students transform C’s into A’s and watched motivated test-takers raise AP scores from a 3 to a 5, all through a results-driven, personalized approach.

Boring Facts About Me...

I served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant (UTA) at Brown and was later invited to assist in Physics and Engineering courses. In my own studies, I achieved a 99th percentile SAT score (including a perfect Writing section) and scored 800 on both the Math and Physics Subject Tests. I also received 5s on multiple AP exams (including Calculus BC and both variants of Physics C). Brown recognized my accomplishments with the Misch Prize for excellence in German and the Foster Premium for excellence in French, and I was fortunate to achieve a Gold Award in the “Le Grand Concours” National French Exam." less...
