Chemistry online or in-person

Dear Neil: I have a 16 year old boy in HS who is struggling a bit with his AP Chemistry class. We are looking for someone who could help him in this area and hopefully help him to understand the core concepts of what he is learning. If this sounds like something in are interested in we would look forward to setting something up. We would prefer in person but open to online as long as it is effective. Happy to work out the details with you.
