Russian in Pfafftown, NC

I am looking for a Russian interpreter in the Winston-Salem area. We currently have a patient attending physical therapy sessions and requires an interpreter every day, for this week is 8 till 2 pm, the next 2 is 8 hours per day and the last week is 3 hours per day.
