I am looking to hire a private tutor for my 2 children, age 4 and 6, for ESL and possibly other age-appropriate subjects. Both children are recently adopted, internationally, and have physical special needs as well as post-institutional developmental delays. What expertise, if any, could you bring to this special set of circumstances?
