Spanish in Monterey, CA

Greetings Jill! I am a student at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and I need some one-on-one assistance in polishing my Spanish. I am currently sitting on the borderline of intermediate and advanced (200 and 300 lvl if you will...) and I HAVE to reach the 300 level to receive my Master's in International Environmental Policy. Central America, South America, and the Caribbean are my focal areas and I intend to spend the summer in Costa Rica doing field research and further mastering the Spanish language. Would you please consent to be my tutor? I feel that the thing that I am lacking in my Spanish language studies is immersion. I don't have any friends who are native speakers. I don't have much international experience with the language. I desire to work one-on-one with a tutor, such as yourself, to identify my areas of strength and weakness so that we can strengthen my language skills all around. I am very dedicated to this cause, not just because I need the academic credit, but because I view myself as a citizen of the planet and it is my duty to be the best steward I can be to everything and everyone on it.
