ACT in Wichita Falls, TX

My son Lee is a senior and has taken the ACT test 3 times....He has a NCAA combined score of 64 but his composite score on each test has been a 14...He has never tested well but has good daily work etc...We need some one who can help him reach a 16 composite score or better.
