Statistics in Menifee, CA
Hello Mr. Ryan,
I am a 50 year old female attending SDSU fulltime majoring in Speech Language Hearing Sciences. I am currently "struggling & floundering" in a Statistics 119 Elementary Business Statistics class required as a prereq for my major. I am very frustrated because I am not a stupid women but the pace of this class is killing me (13 chapters in 6 weeks). I have failed 2 quizzes thus far and 2 tutors have backed out on me. It is "very important" to me to understand the concepts completely and not just "go thru the motions."
I notice you don't have your fees posted. Could you please let me know if you are still tutoring (I live in Menifee) and what is your hourly rate?
I am a bit rushed to get help since I have just been assigned a MiniTab project (have no idea how to do that!) and well, being older, the younger students don't wish to include me in their groups.
Please let me know either way if you are interested in helping me and if patience is one of your strong suits (hahahaha).
FYI: I have a tendency to ask quite a few "why" questions because understanding is, like I stated, very important to me.
Thank you in advance.
PS: I attend classes Tues/Thurs from 12:30p-5:30p and it is a 2-hour commute one-way.
