Fun Teaching in AZ

My group is doing a project for school to try and see how to make students learn better. One thing we have constantly come across is that teachers are what make students do well or not. Another thing we have come across is that if the student enjoys the class or lesson they are more likely to learn better. How do you help students? If you would tell us you would be a great help.
