"Optical Engineering" in Glenside, PA

I am the Software and Controls mentor for FIRST Robotics (FRC)Team 423, Cheltenham High School, Wyncote, Pennsylvania, USA.
We have several projects in mind involving optics and/or lasers for use in our robot. We are looking for an Optical Engineer who can review these ideas and point us in the right direction.
Several years ago I went on an eBay buying spree, and have an optical table, mounts, stages and an assortment of lenses, mirrors, prisms etc. so we should have a stable platform for demonstration and development. Sysnopsys has donated a copy of their CODE V Optical Design Software for us to use as well.
