Deaf/Hard Of Hearing Services in Burbank, CA

I had found your email address after doing some intense research on Google for tutoring services for deaf/hard of hearing students. My younger brother was recently admitted to RIT NTID for this Fall semester after much hard work. He had just graduated from Burbank High School a few weeks ago, and with much effort in the past 4 years, he successfully pulled off excellent grades in addition to his active participation on the school's golf team. I consider my younger brother as extremely dedicated, hard-working, but definitely does lack in the field of English & Reading. My parents are extremely concerned that he might find it extremely difficult at RIT during his first semester, so they were hoping to find a tutor who can help Benjamin in English & Reading in exchange for pay this summer.
