Adobe Illustrator in Los Angeles, CA

Hi Glenn, I have a promotional products company. We currently send our customers' logos, etc. to an outside company to be put into a vector format. I'd like to learn how to do this myself. I'm hoping you can help me with this. I live in West Los Angeles and my hours are very flexible. My office uses both Macs and PCs. Is it going to matter which one I put the Illustrator on? At one point I put a QuickBooks program on my Mac and found that it works better on a PC (so I changed it to my PC). I'm wondering if Illustrator is like that. Let me know what your thoughts are and what your availability is. Thank you. Sandi
