Macintosh Os in Orlando, FL

Have a mac. Looking for tips to work easier on it. Also unable to do updates do to not enough space. I want to take most of my photos off iPhoto/aperture etc. I don't know an easy way to delete whole avlums or do I have to do it 1 photo at a time etc. I have backed up photos on cd. Maybe schedule some time with you to show me some of these things. Thank you, Gerry
