Final Cut Pro in Dallas, TX

I am a pro user of Photoshop, Quark, ProTools, but new-ish to Final Cut. I need an in-person teacher to help me get over the bumps in the road. Specifically, I need to figure out how to routinely get my MFX files into Final Cut. Happy to pay if you are the right teacher.
