HTML Web Design in Tucson, AZ

I am a student at pima college and I'm taking an on-line course of web publishing/design 121. I am working on a project and having difficulty with the syntax, using in-line elements, span elements, etc. I am using the HTML/HXTML 5th edition. I communicate with the teacher via e-mail, however, I need some one on one to understand. It shows on this web site you do understand this. please let me know if you're in a position to help?
