Proofreading Phd in Portland, OR

My name is A., and am about to begin my 4th year in my Master's of Divinity Program. I began my Master's Program in Gettysburg, PA, however my wife's work moved us out to Portland, where I am planning on finishing up my degree (transferring credits back to Gettysburg). I will be taking classes part-time at George Fox Seminary and part-time online. This year is especially important to me because I want to demonstrate to my Gettysburg professors and committee that I can handle the course load and develop my pastoral ability. The masters program involves a lot of (non-technical) writing, however there is a good amount of research and referencing in the papers. I am looking for a tutor that will help edit my papers grammatically and conceptually, and more importantly, develop my overall writing skills. My critiques of my prior papers are awkward wording/grammar, order of thoughts, non-transparent ideas, not clearly developing my though process throughout the paper.
