Hi Tara: My name is Carl, and I\'m writing you from the Los Angeles area. I\'m from GF, and my parents still live there. They need some help / advise in setting-up a VoIP connection at their home on 20th Ave. S. in GF. I am not able to be there to help them, so am writing this message to you. They currently have DSL from Quest, but are considering going solely on Bresnan cable for television and internet. Are you familiar with VoIP phone adapters, and their simple set-up? Thanks, Carl
