ACT in Monticello, MN

Hi Jenna we are in need for an all around ACT tutor. My daughter Alyssa scored a 16 the first time around and we need to raise it to a 18. She does not do very well taking test but she has a GPA of 3.0. My wife and I are unsure what we are missing. Please reply with your thoughts. She plans to take another test on 10/26/13 so we are looking for someone now. We live in Monticello. T.
