Math in Central City, NE

I have a 9 year old girl who needs help with her homework. Her weak points are penmanship, math, social studies and she needs help with comprehension. I would require that patience and her learning be allowed at a slower pace. I also need to know that she is at a 3rd grade level. If n not, I would like to see her get there.
