Cosmetology in Minneapolis, MN

Hi Toni My daughter took cosmetology while in high school snd graduated from both last year. We moved here from Arizona and she is licensed in cosmetology in Minnesota also. She feels comfortable in coloring and styling of hair. However she has no confidence in cutting. She has been working other jobs because of her lack of confidence and fear. We are looking for tutoring in the art of cutting from basics on up. Would this be something you could do??? Thanks
