Elementary Math in Hernando, MS

Hello My Name is S. N. and my 7 year old daughter 1st grader is struggling with math. She's currently 55% in place values, 72% in greater than, less than, and 73% in addition and subtraction. Mississippi Core Standards requires her to have a 85% to advance to the 2nd grade. She's having difficulty counting backwards. please HELP... Please advise how much time is necessary to improve her grades and pass the Core Standards. Next assessment will be around February to mid-March last 9 weeks report card marking.
