Hi, I am looking for some help / guidance on time management, and basically team coaching. I am working as lead engineer and have to manage a team of 4-5 engineers remotely. Can you help or i its something you cover? Also i am looking for someone who can help develop some soft skills. I am technically very sound and now moving to a Business Dev role. So its v imp to me.
