Hi, my dad and step mom live on Ryan Dr in Russellville KY (I'm in Jacksonville FL). They have a Samsung laptop, Windows 8, HP Envy 4500, and use Gmail. The problem is that they are very limited because they do not understand basics. for example, they can open and read an email but don't know how to print, or how to locate a downloaded photo or document. Are you familiar with Win 8 and is this something you'd be able to teach one on one in their home? I can send you personal references, etc. They've lived in the same home for 50 years.
