Microeconomics in DC

Hello, My name is I.. I am an undergraduate student at UMUC, and I am currently taking microeconomics class online. I feel like I am understanding the concepts correctly; however, my grades are lower than ever. I need a weekly professional help with my homework. My homework is usually a multiple choice quiz (about 40 questions) that is due every Sunday. I need a tutor who would meet with me in person and help me pass the quiz every week. My schedule is very flexible. The best for me would be either Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday evening, or Sunday afternoon. I would prefer to meet in my building because it has an office in our amenities building, which has computers and a wi-fi excess. I live near Union Station in Washington DC.
