Questions?

ACT in Texarkana, AR

My son, Grayson is a Senior at PGHS. He has taken ACT 4 times and can't seem to get past a 26. he is very good at math and science, Maintains high average in all classes. He is currently #9 or 10 in his class. He needs a 28 to qualify for many scholarships. His weakness is the Reading part. he says he can't focus on the passage and gets bogged down. Can you help with that?
