C# in Minneapolis, MN

Hi, I'm looking for a quick lesson on how to create a windows form application that extract and feed data into a MS Access database. I'm not familiar with c# but I understand programming from a general perspective. Have done some tutorials in python programming. I need to know how to do this because of some small applications I want to build. I'm familiar with Windows Form (Visual Studio).
