Physics in Fairfax, CA

Hi Lillian: I hope all is going good for you? I live with my wife in Fairfax, a small town located in Marin County. First off I'm not an engineer or a physicist. I have built a prototype sustainable electric generator in my garage. I believe it can produce electricity more efficiently. I showed it to a electrical engineer that worked at, "Standard Oil" for 30 years. He did not understand why it was working and suggest I contact a physicist. I saw your amazing bio and felt to contact you. I have questions on what to do next that I need answers to. Example: It's producing pulse DC, and I want to run an AC inverter but I do not know how to do that. If your interested, what would you charge to come and see the invention?
