Elementary Math in Surprise, AZ

Hi, my daughter, Mya, is 8 and in the 3rd grade. She is struggling a bit. I feel tutoring through the rest of the year and the summer would be very beneficial for her. I have even gone so far as to have the school test her eligibility for SPED which their findings did not support. So I figure it must be a confidence issue. Her 3rd grade teacher is a new teacher and she pretty much let her fail 1st and 2nd quarter without any intervention. We've had meetings upon meetings and now they are asking how I feel about retention. I would really appreciate your help.
