Computer Programming in Las Vegas, NV

I'm a business owner here in Vegas and could use some help. I'm looking for someone that's reasonably fluent in Visual Basic (this includes a lot of its math functions). Most of my questions are math or data base oriented and can be answered over the phone. I'm willing to pay and maintain a retainer for the help.
