Statistics in Bellingham, WA

Hello Joan, My son is 19 and in his first year at the Community College. He's taking Statistics as part of his 2 yr degree where his emphasis will likely be Fine Arts/Drawing. He's a hard worker but it's a challenge to understand the whys behind the equations. We're looking for help to get him through the class. He's not sure of his grade because the professor doesn't grade homework. His test scores have been in the 60s (he doesn't know if there's a curve).His last day to drop is 5/13 and the last day of class is 6/17. We'd like to start this week, 1-2 times a week.
