Reading Writing in Owensboro, KY

Hello we're looking into tutoring for our grandson which is 6. He needs to learn to read and to write better. He's had a really tough last part of the school year do to our daughter his mommy unexpectedly passed away, and he is going to have to repeat kindergarten. We now have custody of him and I've attempted to help him with only lots of frustration. He is constantly saying "I'm just dumb and mess everything up" which breaks our hearts. We want to see him succeed and have confidence. He has anger issues since the death and I've taken him to therapy and am in the process of finding a new therapist, don't get me wrong he is a sweet boy too he's just dealing with a lot so young.
