Ahlan Marwa! Ismi L., I'm learning Arabic because my fiance is Egyptian and I want to be able to speak to his family and friends fluently (even though they all have excellent English as well). I've been studying MSA with the Alif Baa & Al-Kitaab book series in classes, but it's so confusing trying to learn both since the words are different. If possible I would like JUST learn Masri dialect, for speaking & listening mostly, but reading and writing as well. Are you available for lessons? I can provide the book and meet you in Manhattan somewhere. Saturdays would be great since I work during the week, but I can be flexible. Look forward to hearing from you. Shukran, L.
