Civil Engineering in Monroe, NY

My son is in a civil engineering program in CT. He is often home weekends in Monroe ny. He and I are looking for a person who can augment his classroom lessons and help him fill in the gaps. He will be taking structural analysis and hydraulics classes this semester. He has difficulty absorbing all that is reviewed in class so we are looking for a person that is a good fit and can hopefully assist him and clarify concepts as he proceeds through the semester.
