DMV Exam in Los Angeles, CA

Hi, My father-in-law is a Spanish only speaker and needs help in studying for his DMV test. He is struggling with the written exam--we think the oral would be better for him--but he needs to practice either way. He lives in South LA. It's 30 miles (or a little under--depending on which way you take). We could pay a little more due to the distance. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks. -M.
