Questions?

Math in Tacoma, WA

My daughter is in 4th grade this year. We had a math tutor for her with same tutor for 2 years but he got a job as a high school math teacher and moved further North and can no longer tutor our daughter. She struggles sometimes with the Common Core math curriculum and breaking it down how they want her too. She is struggling with memorizing her multiplication facts 3-9 and right now she is learning place value and using discs to show problem and gets math problem right but,she doesn't understand quite how to put problem in place value chart. I always met our last tutor at the Spanaway/Parkland library every Sunday for an hour a week. Is their anyway you can tutor her in math? I need someone patient,kind,and can teach her in a way that she will understand. Are you available to do this??? Need someone that can follow her curriculum at school lesson by lesson plan. She is doing Eureka Math and is on Grade 4 Module 1 lesson 1-4 right now and next week it will be lesson 5-8. She is smart but gets upset when she can't figure problem out or gets mad at herself if she forgets a problems she knows. Her last tutor always said she was smartest student he has tutored. She is smart but gets discouraged easily when she can't solve a math problem. If you can help out once a week then please let me know. Thanks
