Algebra 2 in Huntingtown, MD

I am looking for math tutoring for my 19 year old daughter that attends CSM. She is taking the remedial intermediate algebra and intro to trig course. She is horrible in math and it stresses her out. She passed the remedial math class prior to this one with a "D" and is currently failing this class. We are looking for someone maybe 2 evenings a week for about an hour each. Can meet at the library in Owings. We would like her to start asap as she has her math class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and was told they would be having a mini quiz every class period.
