Hello Nasser! My name is N. and I am currently doing my psychiatry residency in Detroit. My parents are Chaldean and I grew up in a home where both English and Iraqi Arabic were spoken. I do understand a decent amount and I can speak a little bit of Arabic. I would like to become fluent in speaking Arabic, more so then reading it or writing it my main goal is to be able to fluently communicate with Arabic speaking patients during a psychiatric interview.
