USMLE in Houston, TX

Hi Syed, I just graduated as a doctor in Venezuela. I came here to do the USMLE exams and do my postgraduate studies here. In my country a lot of people go to Kaplan medical to preparate themselves for the test. I would like to have more one-on-one teaching and self-study. I'd like to do a course different then Kaplan, if you could recommend me one, and also have tutoring once or twice per week.
