USMLE Step 3 in Baltimore, MD

Hi George, I would like to start tutoring with you if you're available. I am a physician assistant who needs help getting organized for my boards. I have had a few prospective tutors who did not work out, as they were either too busy with their schedule, or there was a language barrier that I couldn't get through. If you can help me, wonderful.
