USMLE Step 2ck in Astoria, NY

Hi Dr. Sattar, My name is S. V. and I'm an IMG from the Dominican Republic. I'm interested in receiving tutorial guidance for the USMLE Step 2CK. I've already taken and passed the Step 1 and Step 2CS. I recently took the NBME form 4 (only one I have taken so far) and got a score of 350. I have my test date scheduled for the 28th of August, but at this point I'm somewhat overwhelmed and in need of some guidance, as well as reassurance. I honestly feel I'm stuck in a rut and therefore I'm worried. I would really appreciate your help if possible.
