Questions?

Photoshop in Harrisburg, PA

I am presently taking a photoshop course at HACC. I was going to go with a tutor, but the course came open at HACC so I thought I would try. I just can't seem to get the layers and masks assignments. There just doesn't seem to be enough time or attention to individuals who are having problems. I live south of Palmyra, down from In the Net. I have Photoshop CC and a very good computer system. I would appreciate any assistance you would be willing to provide.
