Hi John, I'm Janie K., long time Quicken user who is now baffled! I'm an old-time bookkeeper, worked for a CPA firm for 6 years before retiring. I've just spent days trying to upgrade my 2015 Home & Business Quicken. On 12/29 it stopped downloading for some unknown reason. So I decided I might as well upgrade. Used my son-in-law's 2017 disc (still Home & Business; Windows 10) to upgrade. I downloaded on the 11th the two Schwab accts and reconciled them (which was tedious because I had always done it manually before). I downloaded again today and it only did one acct and it is a mess. I'm completely frustrated and have to wonder if it is messed up because of my method of updating or is there a problem with Quicken and downloading. I do have the free Team Viewer if that will help you help me. Live in 32309.
