USMLE step 1 in Chicago, IL

Hello, I am a 3rd year med student beginning study for a retake of Step 1 after failing by one point (score: 193) at my 7/30/18 attempt. I must retake the exam by November at latest but would prefer by 10/19/18 so I can begin my next scheduled M3 clerkship on time. Would like to begin with a session to re-ebstablish a personalized study strategy and schedule and discuss what could have gone wrong during my first Step 1 attempt, i.e. test anxiety and test-taking skills. Please provide more info about how this would work if we proceed to work together one-on-one for Step 1 tutoring. Thank you, E.
