math in West Union, SC

I am not sure if you would be interested but I have an 11 year old really struggling with the basic math facts. He is one of the smartest kids you could ever meet. Want to talk science,space ,oceans or video games,he can tell you things most adults don't know. He can write programs and coding on a computer, but ask him what 4x4 is and he breaks out the fingers. I am so concerned for him and trying to get him some help. If this is beneath you (not saying this in a bad way just based on your extensive education) I understand but am open to any others you might know of that would be willing to help him. I appreciate your time.
