algorithms in Brooklyn, NY

DP I'm struggling with Algorithms - I can understand the reasoning (in most cases) during the lectures, but when it comes to performing these summations or log simplifications - I'm stuck. I'm a software engineer for quite some time already, so I can do code, but I forgot how to do math. I need somebody who can help me: 1. Break down lectures which I'm struggling to understand in a simple, understandable manner (like the lecture on the lecture) [2. If necessary, fill me in on the prerequisites necessary to understand the the lecture] 3. Work together with me through the homework tasks (and probably some extra) to make sure I got skills to do whatever I need to do to get through exam I'm in Brooklyn, and I prefer face-to-face lessons.
