Hi Kristen. My son Joey is having a much harder time transitioning to 5th grade from Elementary school than I ever could have imagined. I see noW. W.hen I check his homeW.ork that I have failed him at some point, and he has gotten W.ay behind in his reading and W.riting (not using punctuation and spelling extremely common W.ords W.rong for example). I don’t knoW. exactly hoW. to fix this. I knoW. that I need to W.ork on the motivation aspect of his attitude toW.ards education and make him start caring a little more about the quality of the W.ork he turns in, but I also knoW. that I cannot be a part of the tutoring process. I am not capable of not letting emotions get in the W.ay (and losing my shit W.hen my eleven year old spells really W.ith one L) and I am looking for someone local to help us. Do you think this is something you W.ould be interested in? Are your prices negotiable? W.hat W.ould a $40 hour look like in terms of a tutoring session?
