USMLE step 2 CK online or in-person

Hello Dr. Saad, I’m a recent medical graduate preparing for my USMLE step 2 CK. I’m looking for a tutor that can basically spend 3 hours 2-3X a week with me to just go over Uworld. I need someone to keep me accountable to complete 1 timed block and someone in the medical fields that I can discuss my thought process and rationales with. Is this something you’d be able to help with? My biggest weakness is timing and discipline more-so than knowledge or conceptual understanding. I am located in Queens Village as well (right by Bell Blvd and Spencer), so I can do in person, but also open to online. Thank you
