Science in Kingston, NY

Hi, My granddaughter is in 7th grade. She is an intelligent young lady but has struggled in Science this year. She also feels she is floundering in ELA and math although her grades would not indicate so. She feels there are things she missed in her early education that are now making things more difficult for her. She is in Kingston. Do you have any availability in your schedule? If yes, how would you help identify what she needs to re-learn to assist her? Do you do some type of assessment in the problem areas? I would be looking for someone for the rest of the school year and more than likely through next school year.
