USMLE step 2 ck online

Hi, I’m J.. I live in Thailand. I plan to take usmle step 2 CK before step 1 because I study clinical rotation. It give me a hard time. I have no knowledge from step 1 ( a lot of people recommend to take step 1 before step 2 ck). So I would like to find tutor that - cover all knowledge from Uworld (now it has around 3100 questions) - Cover knowledges that I should know from step 1 - Notes - Recorded video or voice tutoring ( my internet is too bad to learn from Skype) Thank you
