We are hosting an exam in Colchester, VT on Friday 1/24 at the Albany College of Pharmacy. We are in need of an individual to assist us with the exam and serve as the Test Site Administrator to oversee the exam and provide 2 additional proctors for the exam. Some of the TSA responsibilities would include: · Receiving and securing a small shipment of exam materials · Recruiting additional proctors to assist · Communicating with Scantron for exam details and information · Planning and Supervising exam administration · Returning exam materials promptly after exam The exam itself is 3 hours long, and is set to begin at 9:00:00 AM with the students reporting at 8:00:00 AM. TSA and proctors would need to report at 7:30:00 AM. They are expecting approximately 31 students, so you would need to secure approximately 2 proctors for the exam date. Because the TSA and proctors may not be currently affiliated with the school where the exam is taking place in any capacity (current student, employee, contractor, volunteer, etc. we are having to look further distances out. We can reimburse for your mileage and one night of hotel stay, if needed. The exam is delivered via computer, but is otherwise administered with similar flow, process, policies and procedures as other paper-based exams. All the students will arrive, check-in, and take the exam together. There are instructions that you will read to them. They will either be using laptops that they bring with them, or school computer labs. The software to run the exam should be downloaded in advance, and the students are provided with a sample exam so they can familiarize themselves with the program. The college will provide someone to assist with technical support. My colleague will provide a full overview of the exam specifics shortly before the exam date. I know that this is quite out of the ordinary for your normal proctoring services, but I though that I would ask in the event that someone may have interest in assisting.
