Hi Ezra, I have a high school senior who’s struggling in Pre-Cal this semester and needs some help. Since it’s a core class, he needs it to graduate. The grading system for that class is different from anything I’ve seen. I can’t remember the name of it, but if he doesn’t receive an 80 or better on the assignment, he receives a zero. He has made 70’s, but they didn’t count. He goes to tutorial on Tuesday & Thurs afternoon, but it’s less than an hour. I’m a single mom and I’ve been trying to find a reasonably priced tutor for him. I need to get him some help, so he can learn, graduate and go to college. I think it would be better if he receives tutoring in person vs. online. He has Work Base for the last 2 periods at school, since he has a part time job at Walmart. I think he can leave school around 12:30 or 1. He normally stays until school is over so he can go to tutorial, then get a ride home or to work by 4. His work schedule can be adjusted to fit your availability.
